Where do I change my card or update my payment details?

When a payment does not go through, open Settings, then Billing, and press Update your card on that plan. About two minutes. Billing shows that button only after a failed payment, so to change your card at any other time, ask us in the help chat.

Updated 19 October 2026

Changing the card never changes your plan or its price. Update the card by the date on the bar at the top of the screen, which also has an Update my card button, or the dashboard locks until the payment is made.
