Your plan, your card, invoices and login problems.
Under the boxes you type into there is a Speak button. Press it, talk, press Stop, and your words are typed into the box for you. It works on a laptop and on a phone.
No. Your community is free and works without it. The price for leads is Outreach, a separate paid tool that finds people for your community, and you can say no and carry on building.
Open Socials, then Analytics. You see your posts, views, likes, comments, shares and new followers, each against the same stretch of time before (except on All), and every post on its own.
Your account manager is one press away on every screen. You write, add a screenshot or leave a voice note, and the reply comes back to the same place. About a minute to send.
Invite your assistant or your team by email. Each person gets their own login, and you choose what they can do.
Your name, the email you sign in with and your password each have their own page under Account. About a minute each.
Three different things, and it's worth knowing which you want. Cancelling stops a payment. Closing ends the account. Deletion removes your information.
Connect each network once in Settings, then Socials. Then press Write a post in Socials, say what it is about, and Maya writes a version for each network; you preview each one and pick when it goes out. About five minutes the first time.
Your account manager deletes your account for you, after checking what is on it so nothing is removed by mistake. Sending the message takes about a minute.
Add a second business to your login. It gets its own website, community and subscribers, and you switch between them from the business menu.
Your Control Centre opens on one calendar with everything you have scheduled: social posts, broadcast emails and community posts. Anything waiting for your yes is marked in red. You can also plan a whole month of posts in one go with your own Claude.
Accounts are made without a password, so there's nothing to guess. Send yourself a fresh link from the sign-in panel and choose one. There's no default password.
Two menus run down the left. The outer one lists areas; the inner one lists the pages inside whichever area you're in. Two presses gets you anywhere.
Press the Replicants logo at the top left, or Control Centre at the top of the menu, and you are home. Then press the area you were working in: what you started is still there. On a phone, the menu button at the top right opens the same menu.
There is no Replicants app to download. Replicants works in the web browser on your phone, with the same account and everything you have made on your computer.
There is no guided tour inside the app. The walk-through is in Guides: one question per page, with a picture of every step. You can also ask the help chat or message your account manager.
Your community is free forever, and so are Courses, Products, Subscribers and taking payment through your own Stripe. The card and the free trial are only for the two paid plans, Studio and Outreach, and you can say no to both. Checking takes about two minutes.
One screen answers both halves: every plan you're on, what it costs, when the next payment goes out, and how to stop it.
AI usage is a count of the writing Maya and the AI did for you this month. It costs you nothing. There is a daily limit on it, and if you reach it a box says so; it lifts by itself within a day. Credit is a separate dollar balance that only pays for research on X in Clips.
Every row in your menu is one of three things: yours today, part of a plan, or not for sale yet. The row itself tells you which.
When a payment does not go through, open Settings, then Billing, and press Update your card on that plan. About two minutes. Billing shows that button only after a failed payment, so to change your card at any other time, ask us in the help chat.
Everything you upload lives in one place: your Media library. There is one Upload button for every kind of file, and each file goes to its own tab by itself, so a PDF lands in Documents and a photo lands in Images.
