How do I see my form answers and download them as a spreadsheet?
Every form keeps its answers on its own page: who answered, when, and what they said. One press downloads them all as a spreadsheet. About a minute.

Open Subscribers
Subscribers is in the main menu on the left. On a phone, press the menu button at the top right first.

Open SubscribersPress Forms
It is under Automations. If it is not there, your account does not have the Spaces beta yet.

The number on the right is how many answers it has.

Read the answers
Started and finished at the top say how many began the form and how many sent it. Under Answers, each person shows with the date and what they said, newest first.

Press Download as a spreadsheet
It downloads a file with every answer, one row per person, that opens in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. The button shows once there is at least one answer.

Can I send a broadcast again, or use it as a starting point?
Yes. Press ••• on the broadcast, then Duplicate. A copy opens as a draft with the same subject and words, ready to change and send. About a minute.
How do I choose what time of day my emails arrive?
When you send a broadcast you can spread it over a few hours, and let each person get it at the time they usually read their email. It is all on the last screen, Schedule.
