Find the right people on LinkedIn and keep the conversation going.
No. Today Outreach works on LinkedIn only, through your own account.
No. Almost everything works without LinkedIn: your community, Courses, Products, Subscribers and email, Funnels and Website. Only Outreach needs it, because it finds people on LinkedIn and connects with them from your own profile.
Yes. If you use Outreach, every new connection gets a welcome email by itself, as soon as we have their email address. No LinkedIn welcome message is sent to anyone today, so the email does that job. One screen shows you both, in about two minutes.
Outreach finds people who have recently shown an interest in the problem you solve, gets your name in front of them on LinkedIn, and brings the ones who say yes into your community. Most of it runs by itself. Your part is a few minutes a day approving comments, and then making new members feel welcome.
Comments are written for you. On Manual, every one waits until you read it and press Approve. About five minutes a day.
Maya can do as little or as much of your LinkedIn commenting as you like, in three steps: Manual, Semi and Full. You can move up or step back at any time, and nothing changes until you press the button.
Connecting LinkedIn is the last step of setting up Outreach, and it starts on your Outreach dashboard. It takes about two minutes, on a computer, in Google Chrome.
Outreach finds people three ways: influencers your audience follows, groups they post in, and posts about what you help with. You pick the first two here.
Reconnecting takes about a minute, in Google Chrome on a computer. Nothing is lost while you are disconnected: your sources and everything in your funnel are kept, and outreach carries on where it stopped.
Outreach runs on its own every day. The first of the four Outreach screens is where you check what it did.
Outreach watches influencers and groups your audience already follows, picks out people who have recently shown interest in what you help with, and brings the ones who say yes into your community. Your part is a few minutes a day approving comments.
The questions coaches ask most about the Outreach pipeline, from the first column to the welcome email. Each answer says what the product does today.
A lead is one person Outreach finds on LinkedIn, checks against who your community is for, warms up and invites in. You pay one monthly price for a number of leads a month, not a charge per person. Every lead appears on your Pipeline, and the first invitations can go about three days after Outreach starts working on them.
A short invitation to your community goes out after someone has been commented on for a while. You can read the exact words first, and change them.
Someone accepted your connection request. From here the joining happens by itself, and getting them to take part is where you come in. This page covers both, in order, ending with three things you can do in a new member's first week.
Once your community is set up, Outreach opens for free and shows you who it would reach, then waits, paused. Nothing is charged and nothing happens on LinkedIn. Pressing Start my free trial is the only thing that switches it on, and that starts a 14-day free trial.
Pipeline is the second Outreach screen. It lays everyone found across columns, one per stage. Open anyone to see their history, and pause or remove one person if they are not right.
Before Outreach suggests anyone, Maya reads the full profile of each person who liked or commented on a post she watches, and decides whether they fit your community. People being checked shows who is waiting, who has been checked, and why each one was added or left out.
Outreach stops for one of two reasons, and the colour of the bar across the top tells you which. Amber means it is paused, and the button on the bar starts it. Red means LinkedIn stopped accepting the sign-in, and you reconnect.
